The recipient of this award will be a Professor in the built environment departments (Architecture, Building Technology or Estate Management) who demonstrates the following:

1. Has served in various leadership capacities, such as Head of Department, Head of University Committees with evidence of palpable impact, and contributions;

2. Delivers promptly on expected deliveries and university assignments;

3. Inspires others through his/her communication and interactions;

4. Serves with passion, excellence and charisma

5. Is influential as a role model to students and colleagues.

The Top Nominees are:

The recipient of this award will be a faculty in the built environment departments (Architecture, Building Technology or Estate Management) who demonstrates the following:

1. Teaches with mastery on the subject and breaks complex topics in easy-to-understand bites to students;

2. Teaches with good charisma, presentation and multimedia skill;

3. Teaches relevant industry skills applicable to the workplace;

4. Inspires students through his/her class interactions and offline engagements;

5. Teaches with empathy, respect and students’ holistic growth in mind.
