It is a burden on God’s heart to see His children—His chosen generation, His called-out ones—living as kings and priests in their respective kingdom assignments (1 Pet 2:9). We need to see the great light and continue to grow in it, shining brightly even in darkness (Isaiah 9:2; Matthew 4:16; Acts 26:18; John 8:12). However, the god of this world, Satan, has blinded their minds, keeping many in darkness so they cannot see the light of the glorious gospel of Christ (2 Corinthians 4:4). It’s clear: there is work to be done.
One day, our sons were having a great time in the living room with their blocks. The eldest had built a beautiful structure, only for his younger brother to accidentally pull out a block from the middle, causing the whole thing to collapse. This simple moment revealed a powerful truth: every soul is precious to God, and each one affects the whole.
God is counting on you and me to intercede for every displaced soul, helping them retrace their path to His plan and kingdom assignment – so that His will may be done on earth as it is in heaven.
I invite you to join me bi-weekly as we raise an altar of intercession and worship for kingdom souls, especially for what God is doing in this season—raising a new generation of kingdom-driven, wholesome leaders who seek to know the Lord deeply and serve His purposes on earth.
